the FastLane™ Standard Library
The FastLane™ Standard off-the-shelf protein library currently contains around 500 constructs of drug target proteins ready for expression, purification, crystallization, and X-ray crystallographic structure determination according to verified protocols. The library includes a large number of protein kinases, phosphatases, epigenetic factors, and many other drug targets. Using our high-throughput protein X-ray crystallography pipeline, the turnaround time for structure determination for these proteins is between 6 to 12 weeks (depending on the protein).
How to search the table
The table can be serched by individual protein name or a whole protein family. For example, entering “kinase” in the search field will return a list of all kinases in the library. The protein families with the largest number of entries in the library may be found using the search terms: amino acid metabolic enzyme, ATPase, bromodomain, BTB-Kelch, E3-Ligase, epigenetic targets, G-protein regulator, GTPase, hydrolase, linker-PDZ, lipid signaling, nucleotide metabolism, oxidoreductase, PARP, phosphatase, phosphoinositide dependent signaling, transferase.
